Common questions about AI agents

Is this a domain category of the Clients & CLI page?

Yes. The 428 entries on /en/clients/ are filed by the domain tag each entry already carries; the 36 under AI agents are this page, and the chip one level up prints the same 36 - both come from the same rows.

How are these counts worked out?

From items.fields in the database, parsed as a JSON array (never split on commas); only tags registered in our field list count. A tag needs 5 or more entries to get its own chip; everything else sits under Other. Counts are recomputed from the database on every rebuild.

Do the categories add up to the total?

No. 1 entries carry two domain tags, so adding the buckets gives more than the entry count; the 52 entries with no tag or a domain under 5 entries sit under Other. The whole CLI list is 428 entries.

Can I sort differently?

Yes: Most popular (stars, highest first), Recently added and Name A-Z. Each is its own URL with its own pagination, not just the first page.

What we actually check

A field is where an entry's own tag puts it; we do not re-judge the category. Per entry you can check the source link, when we last saw it, whether a README exists and the public star count. We do not label client support or self-hosting - the database has no such field.
