Pandacorp — 100% AI software factory

以下摘录自该仓库的 README(片段) · 在 GitHub 读完整 README →

Pandacorp is an **AI-operated software factory**: an assembly line where *you* (the owner)
steer with a few human gates and specialized Claude agents do the rest —
discovering ideas, writing the PRD/FRDs, designing the UI, defining the architecture, building with TDD,
reviewing and deploying. The process, the standards and the agents live here; **product code
never does** — each product is born in its own repo, a sibling of this one.
This repo **is the factory** (the know-how). You operate it with the pandacorp plugin for Claude Code:
a collection of skills (/pandacorp:*), agents, hooks and templates.
> **Built to be cloned.** Anyone can download this repo and use it as their own factory.
> Your personal data (profile, ideas, portfolio) is **not** versioned: it stays on your disk, ignored
> by git. What is shared is the mold.
Requirements
- Claude Code (CLI, desktop app, web or IDE extension).
- git. Optional but recommended: gh (GitHub CLI) to create the repos for your projects.
- Optional: Obsidian to view the idea base as a kanban (ideas.base).
Quick start
/pandacorp:onboarding is **the first step**: it interviews you (name, goals, GitHub account,
where your projects are born, how you work) and saves your profile in factory/profile.md — a
**personal, gitignored** file that the rest of the factory reads to personalize itself. It turns a
generic factory into *your* factory.
How it's operated
| Action | Skill |
|---|---|
| **Configure the factory (first boot)** | /pandacorp:onboarding |
| Explore/clarify a fuzzy idea in conversation | /pandacorp:explore [topic] |
| Capture/crystallize an idea | /pandacorp:new-idea |
| Search the internet for monetizable pains | /pandacorp:discover |
| Ask for an idea ranking/recommendation | /pandacorp:recommend |
| Create the project and document the MVP (handoff) | /pandacorp:spec |
| Adopt an EXISTING external project (brownfield) — run inside it | /pandacorp:adopt |
| Ask a project for ANY change — feature, adjustment or bug (single front door) | /pandacorp:change |
| Sync the portfolio and detect moved cards | /pandacorp:sync-portfolio |
/pandacorp:spec is the **handoff**: it creates the project folder/repo (a sibling of the factory)
and documents the MVP. The following phases are run **inside the project folder**:
/pandacorp:design → /pandacorp:architecture → /pandacorp:implement → /pandacorp:release, and
/pandacorp:iterate for changes at any time.
The full flow and the rules are in CLAUDE.md.
Mission Control
mission-control/ is the factory's **visual interface**: a **local, read-only** web dashboard that
shows the idea board, the portfolio, the next command to copy, and Party (the
live workflow agents). It **never calls Claude** — it only reads the repo's files. See
