Cortex Suite
Skills that run on your Cortex, the context layer that holds your people, companies, initiatives, decisions, and strategy. Each one reads it, does the work, and writes back what it learned, so every skill gets smarter as the others run. Install Cortex first.
| Plugin | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| **Cortex** | The context layer your AI reads first. A Map, catalogs, and records for your people, initiatives, decisions, and strategy, in Notion, Obsidian, or Google Drive. Lives in its own repo, listed here so one marketplace installs everything. |
| **Cortex Gnome** | The overnight worker. Every night it turns the day's context and tagged tasks into finished work: decks, docs, landing pages, research, code with pull requests, drafts. It logs everything, sends a brief, and learns from your feedback. Teams can run several. Lives in the Cortex repo; also works without a Cortex. **Costs tokens every night whether or not it makes anything useful, and is only as good as your feedback.** Starts reined in and earns autonomy as you keep its work. Best on high-limit plans such as Claude Max. |
| **Founder OS** | Your weekly operating cycle. Plan Monday, brief each morning, reflect Friday. |
| **Investor Update** | Your monthly investor update, drafted from your Cortex. Metrics with deltas, highlights, required lowlights, what you promised last time, and specific asks. Always a draft. |
| **Customer Signal** | Every customer and prospect call becomes evidence. Pains, requests, objections, churn risks, and praise, counted across accounts, with a weekly brief and close-the-loop notes when you ship. |
| **One-on-Ones** | Prep and debrief every 1:1 with your direct reports. Commitments both ways, recurring themes, a health flag you set, and a monthly team review. Private by design. |
| **Meeting Recap** | Every meeting becomes done work: a branded recap email, your to-dos with time booked, follow-ups drafted, agreed meetings booked, and context saved. Runs twice a day. Also works without a Cortex. |
| **Content Engine** | Last week's meetings become this week's content. One original framework, a newsletter issue, and a LinkedIn post in your voice, with every story kept confidential. Runs every Monday. Also works without a Cortex. |
| **Handwritten Notes** | Photograph a page of notes. Checkbox items become tasks with time booked on your calendar. Everything else is filed as notes, linked to the right people and projects in your Cortex. Also works without a Cortex. |
Start with Cortex, then add Founder OS and whichever of the rest fit how you work. Founder OS, Investor Update, Customer Signal, and One-on-Ones need a Cortex. Meeting Recap, Content Engine, Handwritten Notes, and Cortex Gnome run on their own and get smarter with one. Add Cortex Gnome last, once your context and tools are in place and you have time to review its first two weeks of work.
